Do you remove floor tiles from apartments?

Can you take the waste away?

Do you take on small floor tile jobs?

Yes. Small jobs are welcome — a single bathroom or laundry floor is no problem.
What's the difference between tiles laid on concrete vs screed?
+
Tiles on concrete are generally faster to remove and produce less rubble. Tiles on screed — common in bathrooms, laundries and older homes — take longer, produce significantly more material, and usually require more grinding afterward. We assess this when we quote and price accordingly.
Will you damage my subfloor?

We take care to minimise subfloor damage, but some minor scarring to concrete is normal during tile removal — it doesn't affect the slab's integrity. Timber subfloors carry more risk depending on how tiles were fixed. We'll flag anything we see before and during the job.
How do I prepare for the day?

Clear the room of furniture if possible. Make sure we have access to a power point and somewhere to park within reasonable distance of your entry. That's it — we handle the rest.
Do you work in occupied homes?

Yes. We work carefully in occupied homes and keep the mess contained to the work area. We'll discuss dust management and access with you before the job starts.
Is there a minimum job size?

Our minimum call-out is $500. This covers mobilisation, setup, equipment and disposal for smaller jobs like single bathrooms and laundries.
